Rider OS, motosiklet grup sürüşleri için bir mobil uygulamadır. Bu politika, uygulamayı kullandığında hangi verilerin işlendiğini, neden işlendiğini ve bunları nasıl silebileceğini anlatır. Kısa versiyonu: hesabını açmak ve sürüşü yürütmek için gereken en az veriyi tutuyoruz, sesini kaydetmiyoruz ve hiçbir veriyi reklam veya analiz amacıyla üçüncü taraflara vermiyoruz.

Toplamadıklarımız
- Konum verisi toplanmıyor. Canlı harita özelliği geliştiriliyor; devreye girdiğinde bu politika önceden güncellenecek ve konum yalnızca sürüş sırasında, iznin ile paylaşılacak.
- Reklam kimliği, izleme piksel'i veya analiz SDK'sı yok.
- Rehber, fotoğraf veya takvim erişimi yok.
- Verilerin satılmaz, reklam için kullanılmaz.
İzinler
- Mikrofon: grup sesi için zorunlu.
- Bluetooth (Android): sesin intercom'a yönlendirilmesi için.
- Bildirim (Android): sürüş sırasında sesin arka planda çalıştığını gösteren kalıcı bildirim için.
- Kamera: uygulama kamerayı kullanmaz. İzin metni, grup sesi için kullanılan WebRTC kütüphanesinin kamera API'lerine referans vermesi nedeniyle Apple tarafından zorunlu tutulur; ileride QR ile sürüşe katılma özelliğinde kullanılacaktır.
Verinin nerede tutulduğu
Hesap ve sürüş verileri Supabase üzerinde, İsviçre (Zürih) bölgesindeki veritabanında tutulur. Uygulama sunucusu ve ses sunucusu Türkiye'de barındırılır. Ses trafiği yalnızca aktarılır, hiçbir yerde saklanmaz.
Saklama ve silme
Hesabını uygulama içinden silebilirsin: Hesap → Hesabı sil. Bu işlem profilini, oluşturduğun sürüşleri ve diğer sürüşlerdeki üyeliğini kalıcı olarak siler; kimlik doğrulama kaydın da aynı anda silinir. Geri alınamaz. Teknik kayıtlar kısa süre içinde kendiliğinden döner ve silinir.
Hakların
KVKK ve GDPR kapsamında verilerine erişme, düzeltme, silme ve işlemeye itiraz etme hakkın var. Silme işlemini uygulamadan kendin yapabilirsin; diğer talepler için bize yazabilirsin.
Çocuklar
Rider OS 16 yaşın altındaki kişiler için tasarlanmamıştır.
Değişiklikler
Bu politika değişirse bu sayfadaki tarih güncellenir; önemli değişiklikleri uygulama içinden ayrıca duyururuz.

Privacy Policy

Rider OS is a mobile app for group motorcycle rides. This policy explains what data is processed, why, and how you can delete it. The short version: we keep the minimum needed to run your account and your rides, we do not record your voice, and we share nothing with third parties for advertising or analytics.
What we process

| Voice | Talking to your group. Audio is relayed in real time, never recorded and never stored. The voice server only knows who is connected (user id and display name). |
| Technical logs: IP address, request path, timestamp, app/device version | Keeping the service up, debugging and preventing abuse. Deleted automatically after a short period. |
What we do not collect
- No location data. A live rider map is in development; this policy will be updated before it ships, and location will only be shared during a ride with your permission.
- No advertising identifiers, tracking pixels or analytics SDKs.
- No access to contacts, photos or calendar.
- We never sell your data or use it for advertising.
Permissions
- Microphone: required for group voice.
- Bluetooth (Android): to route audio to your intercom.
- Notifications (Android): for the ongoing notification shown while voice runs in the background.
- Camera: the app does not use the camera. Apple requires the purpose string because the WebRTC library used for group voice links the camera APIs; a future update will use it to scan ride QR codes.
Where data is held
Account and ride data live in a Supabase database in the Switzerland (Zurich) region. The application server and the voice server are hosted in Türkiye. Voice traffic is only relayed and is not stored anywhere.
Retention and deletion
You can delete your account from inside the app: Account → Delete account. That permanently removes your profile, the rides you created and your membership in other rides, and deletes your authentication record at the same time. It cannot be undone. Technical logs rotate out on their own shortly after.
Your rights
Under GDPR and Turkish data protection law (KVKK) you can access, correct, delete and object to the processing of your data. Deletion is available in the app; for anything else, write to us.
Children
Rider OS is not designed for people under 16.
Changes
If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it, and significant changes are announced in the app.
